Poor service. They tried to put me in a room next to consctruction and acted surprised when I objected. Poor service.(very slow). Broken toilet. Outdated. Nothing nearby except for fast food restaurants. Overpriced. Very loud music almost everywhere in the hotel at all hours.

Slowest ever service in restaurants

A decent hotel overall, let down by service in all restaurants. Virtually no staff, the ones who are there are not attentive, stand around chatting among themselves and take FOREVER to serve you and then even longer to bring food and drinks. We’re taking 20 minutes to get a drink, 45 minutes for a soup or a salad. Slowest service I’ve ever seen in a hotel.

Hair and blood stain in the bed.

I had stayed on several occasions before in this hotel, but never again. Service is slow and non existent, seems the staff is doing you a favor. And the worst part? A dirty bed! With hair and blood stains.. At night there is no manager, but i did speak to him. This hotel should be priced on the 70 USD mark for what it is. They are renovating the rooms but not the bathrooms.. i rather stay at another place.

I did had a pleasent stay, staff at the restaurants were nice, unlike the ones at the bar, who who wrote themselves the tip after we signed. We did not had a table, we came for a beer and walk away at the bar station, they gave us the bill we signed and they wrote themselves the tip. Restaurants are good but room bathroom need attention. Very moldy and dirty.
