Book this LARGE FAMILY home steps away from infamous Cerritos Beach. Watch the surf conditions from the pool patio at one of the closet homes to Cerritos Surf break. Sleeps 8 comfortably, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and both a large indoor and outdoor entertaining area. HEATED pool, multiple rooftop decks and patios, gated & fenced, private garage parking, AC, large TVs, and beautifully decorated. Get all of the comforts of home while watching the surf break from your private outdoor space.
The space
This is a large family home with an open concept kitchen, living room, dining area, plus outdoor dining and sitting area. Strong internet throughout, and bonus rooms for teenagers. You must climb stairs, but there is also a ramp to the main level. Desk and work space on the second story. This is a great home for 3 couples, a large families, or two families sharing space.

We have stated this space is for 10 people. Please note there are 3 king beds, plus two pull out trundle twin beds in the master room. These can be moved to a different location, or have younger kids sleep in the room with parents. There is also a bonus room with access through the garage. There are two more twin beds in this space, but no direct bathroom access except upstairs. We recommend using this room as a teen hangout, or for additional guests that do not need al the amenities of the nicer upstairs bedrooms. We do have a TV in this room.... Our grandkids like to bring their playstation down and use it here... after the beach and a surf session of course ;)

This home is located in front of the Surfside complex, so take advantage of their dining options just steps away. You can also walk to Casa Maya, Freesouls, Barracudas, Cerritos Tropical, Cerritos dogs, Kimberly's, and more....
