Enjoyed our stay. Only issue I had was the furniture could use some repair/upgrading. For example, the long chest of drawers in our bedroom had broken drawers and drawers that could not even be opened. The hallways could use better lighting, really dated the place. Ritz Carlton Vail

We had a great room spacious and well decorated - but there were quite a lot of things that were broken. We had to get the kitchen faucet fixed, the automated blinds weren’t working, candles weren’t working (batteries may be). Some kitchen cabinets needed repairs. Mattresses were tempurpedic but super firm. The biggest problems we had was that there is no breakfast at the hotel, only coffee. And there isn’t even a vending machine inside. There is a van that takes you to Lionshead until 4:30 or pm but it takes about 15-20 min to wait for it and it wouldn’t take you to Vail. In the evening the van can take you to Vail but again with a long wait and there is no way to reserve it. They should have more property cars. Also the housekeeping wasn’t great. Never even cleaned the toilets.
