This is a great ski and adventure hotel. It’s clean, big rooms, quiet despite its its size and gorgeous setting next to Ă„re lake. Even the basic rooms are bigger than your average hotel in rest of Europe. I have been coming to this hotel with my 2 daughters ( now 13 and 15) for skiing and it is always a good option. It’s not ski in& ski out, lifts are either a 10 mins walk or ski buss right outside. Perfect for us tjough

Room was very warm and blackout curtains did not do their jobs properly : it seems the hotel is optimized for winter sports. Sauna was closed and usage of the pools - which is the reason we booked - were an extra SEK 250 per person. That should have been clearly indicated on the reservation page.

Veldig slitne rom, ikke godt renhold, stÞv under sengene, smuler pÄ pulten pÄ rommet og mye sikkel pÄ vinduene, mulig fra tidligere barn som har bodd dÞrhÄndtaket inn til rommet var ogsÄ lÞst, sa fra til resepsjonen med en gang etter jeg hadde sett rommet men ingen utbedring ble gjort mens vi bodde der. det manglet ogsÄ en del lyspÊrer rundt om pÄ rommet veldig kaos under frokost, lang ventetid fÞr ledig bord samt ikke helt logisk plassering av mat og drikke stasjoner, ble mye fram og tilbake. Badelandet var fint men vannet alt for kaldt, barna hakket tenner etter en stund.
