Room was clean but old… carpet outside the room were old. Service was awesome and breakfast was great. They have waffles with chocolate syrup, Oreos crumbs and such for kids to go with waffles. Overall really good price for the room and it was clean.

Check in was smooth and easy. Friendly staff. Housekeeping check on us after checking to make sure we had everything we needed. Great breakfast. It was the perfect place to stay for our "Fly in to see the Oilers" trip. Will stay here again for sure.

Clean room, lovely staff. Enjoyed free breakfast and convenience of the canteen at night after a long bus ride plus cab ride to get there. Hotel itself needs upgrades and repairs. Blinking light in parking lot, half the name sign unlit, worn carpet, cracked sink, etc. Still, i was comfortable and safe. Had everything I needed including sirport shuttle.

Carpet was an absolute disaster and a complete tripping hazard. Door to room did not close properly, huge gaps in it. Lights in the parking lot were flickering all night. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Pictures on expedia were super false and doctored up to look better. Arrangement of room was nonsense. Tv channels were garbage.
