We had an interesting experience here. Check in was fast and efficient. We had a room on the 3rd floor. First night we did not sleep well as someone was drunk and fighting in the hallway just outside of our room from 2-5am. We called lobby and finally security came to intervene. However, the room's alarm kept going off. We spoke with Mina at the front desk the following day and she gave us an upgrade to a suite on the 4th floor. She was kind, understanding, and considerate. We appreciate her very much! A really nice bonus was free full hot breakfast in the mornings!

The hotel is a bit older one but the room is very spacious and very clean. It was so quiet in the room, warm and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was few options only but all the food was very fresh and good (had crispy bacon, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, mixed fruit, hot cake and toast with maple syrup) coffee was warm but not hot so I didn’t like that but everything else, including super friendly serving staffs were excellent. We would definitely recommend stay here.
