-Please do not move around any furniture or beds.**
- Please strip your beds when you leave and place the bed sheets and pillowcases on the ground.
-Please Place all the Garages in the allocated dump Bin , don't leave any garbage / carboard on the floor.
-No walking with outdoor foot wear inside the home.

Any Violation/ Damage of rules/property , guest may have charged Damage Recovery charge depends on the severity and situation.

Enjoyable Stay

My work team was in town for an event and decided to stay nearby instead of driving back and forth into the city. Arun's property had enough beds/bathrooms for my team to stay with their spouses and it was incredibly convenient for us! It was well stocked with the essentials (and more!!!) Host was responsive and flexible (we asked for a slightly earlier check in just so it would work with our event schedule) and they were very accommodating. We would love to continue to stay there during our next events there and would recommend to others!

House was great. Having the main floor bedroom and bathroom was great for those that can't do stairs. Very new neighborhood. No outside space other than the front. Nice place.

Excellent experience!

House is very new, beautifully laid off and exceptionally well stocked. 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms made this house perfect for our larger group. full living room and extra "tv space" upstairs made it comfortable for everyone to find some quiet space. Back yard was still under construction, so I'm sure when this is done and a back deck is completed this space will be a favourite!! Host was very quick to respond to everything ... Highly recommend this space!!

Great experience in a luxurious home!

Absolutely wonderful stay at this brand new rental property! From the moment we stepped inside, we were impressed by the modern decor and the freshness of everything. The furniture was not only stylish but also very comfortable, making us feel right at home. There are also many beds to sleep 10 adults comfortably. The hosts have truly gone above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they need. The home was stocked with a variety of amenities and snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated. It made our stay even more enjoyable knowing we didn't have to rush out to grab essentials. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone with a big family or group of friends looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Huge thanks to the hosts for their hospitality and attention to detail!
