La playa de arena y el hermoso océano Atlántico están a solo unos pasos de esta casa de playa de nueva construcción. La vista en serio no mejora nada más que esto y un ascensor.
Área común principal / cocina en el segundo piso, un área común adicional en el primer piso (¡con una mesa de futbolín!), así como un área de la barra del tercer piso que se abre a una terraza en la azotea, proporciona muchos espacios para que los grupos se reúnan o se separen según lo deseado. La ducha exterior y el patio son excelentes para enjuagarse después de un chapuzón rápido, relajarse y hacer barbacoas familiares.

El plano de planta inverso coloca los espacios de vida principales (cocina, comedor y sala de estar), así como un dormitorio principal en el segundo nivel, todos con vistas despejadas de la playa y el océano. El primer nivel contiene 2 diseños de dormitorio principal más, 2 dormitorios adicionales (que comparten un baño de salón) y un área común que contiene futbolín, roku tv / cable. El tercer nivel contiene una pequeña área de loft con un futón para dormir adicional y un conveniente 1/2 baño, saliendo a una espaciosa terraza en la azotea con vistas hasta donde alcanza la vista. Además del baño conectado al dormitorio principal en el segundo piso, también hay un baño completo, conveniente para cualquier persona que se quede en el 3er piso. Un elevador, que accede al suelo, primer y segundo piso, es una comodidad conveniente del hogar.

La casa está cerca del pabellón / muelle de Edisto, varios restaurantes y casi al otro lado de la calle de la tienda de comestibles de la isla y la estación de servicio local. También se encuentra a poca distancia de varias tiendas. Se asienta en un extenso tramo de la prístina playa de Edisto con vistas panorámicas sin obstáculos del océano Atlántico.

50th Wedding Anniversary

The house was beautiful and the views beyond compare. Everyone had a place to get away when they wanted alone time, and plenty of space to enjoy family time. We all went to sleep listening to the sounds of the ocean, and woke to catch the breaking dawn and the sunrise. The girls packed snacks and headed to the end by the state park. The weather was perfect, and the youngest got in the ocean. It was a peaceful, memorable vacation spent with our dear family.

Great Beachfront Home for Edisto Adventures

Stayed for the long weekend for the Edisto Triathlon recently. 6 adults, very comfortable home layout, plenty of space for everyone. Great location walking distance to bars, restaurants, grocery etc. Very comfortable home with great deck, views, and nicely stocked kitchen.

Girls Weekend

Our annual girls weekend was awesome even though Helene showed herself. It was a bit scary that night & we hunkered down on the bottom floor for a couple of hours. All was well the next morning. We called for a small repair & were tended to quickly. I don't even remember what it was now. Power was restored about midday & internet before the game between Georgia & Alabama!!! We have some fierce football fans in our group~~~ We are mostly from the Aiken, SC/Augusta, Ga area & knew we were coming home to no power & lots of mess. Who would ever have thought that we would be safer from a hurricane, ocean front at Edisto Beach than at home in the CSRA(Central Savannah River Area). We had a great time & thank God for safety & prayers & blessings for those who didn't fair as well in western NC.

Great location

Property was clean, well stocked and everything was in working order. The elevator was great for 1 of our disabled family members. Ocean views were amazing. The beach in front of the house was a shell hunters paradise. Would rent again.

The sound of the waves

We enjoyed being right on the beach and the direct access. Perhaps the other end of the island has better bike paths, more mellow waves, and easy access to the fish market, but the proximity to the Food Lion was convenient. Overall, a very pleasant and fun week at the beach! Thanks.

Edisto week

The property has a wide beachfront with walking access to the nearby state park beach. It is close, on foot, to the grocery, ice cream,.souvenirs, bars, and restaurants. It has an excellent view of sunrise on clear mornings.

A/C in kitchen and dining room wasn’t working

The A/C wasn’t working on arrival, we called 5 times and they kept saying the parts was ordered for repair. So they knew it wasn’t working when we arrived, should of offered another place to stay, at times the temperature was 88 degrees in the kitchen and dinning room that we couldn’t even cook had to eat out nightly. Also we seen several several roach bugs. The house was beautiful and would of been perfect if it wasn’t for the bugs and the A/C

Really nice

Very peaceful. The only negative is not the owners fault but more the city of edisto beach and police. There was a group of early 20's who were acting incredibly horrible (twirking and cursing and screaming) the twirking wasnt once or twice but probably over 50 times by the group over and over and sexual grabbings and very lewd. We were horrified. We did call the police who went up and talked a minute and left without taking action. The group resumed as soon as the police were gone. It wrecked the day and frankly was scary. We have never seen such behavior (except on the news) bc of this we probably wont go back to the island. The home was very expensive and just not worth it to witness that. They really need to police the area if they plan to keep high end places active and attractive to rent.

Awesome Family Trip

Our family and I had an amazing time at Edisto in this house. Plenty of space and was wonderful to be able to bring our dogs. The view was gorgeous and the balcony area was a really nice place to sit out. The upstairs balcony was an ideal spot for soaking up the sun! The kitchen was well stocked which was great when cooking. Loved the overall area of the island and we just had a really nice time. The only complaint would be the downstairs bedroom with the queen bed was uncomfortable. Our family is so happy we chose this spot and recommended to everyone!!

Beautiful House

We LOVED the house! It was spacious and being right on the beach was an experience we'll always remember. I was concerned, after reading some reviews, that the house wouldn't be clean. It's a beach house - there's no way to keep the sand out! I would sweep my room before bed. No big deal. It wasn't dirty, but it could use a good spring cleaning - ceiling fans need dusted and bathroom fans cleaned. The pillows were too flat for my taste, but that's subjective. Offering different types of pillows for guests would be nice (firm, extra firm, soft, etc.). This is also the first rental I've ever had where we had to put our own sheets on the bed. Not a deal breaker, but still. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishware, silverware and appliances. We grilled and used the crockpot. We had absolutely no issues. We didn't use the elevator. This house was a dream compared to other places we've stayed throughout the years. I would 100% recommend it and would come back in a heartbeat.

Very nice house with outstanding location

We stayed here for a family vacation with all adults and small dogs. Once you've seen the picture, I don't need to tell you how good the location is. The kitchen is well stocked and has plenty of room for cooking full meals. It's on the second floor along with the main living room so the elevator was very handy for bringing in supplies. Be sure to follow the posted instructions. The second (smaller) living room on the first floor was nice for people who wanted a quieter place to chill. We needed clarification on the check in process and the property manager was very responsive. Agree with other reviews that the house could use a little TLC but overall it is very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially falling asleep to the sound of the ocean.

A lot of potential

Issues during our stay: 1)The email body and PDF attachment contain different phone numbers and check-in instructions. These need to be updated to match 2)The sheets are not on the bed, you have to do that yourself. After traveling and unloading, no one wants to make a handful of beds 3)There is a picture of a foosball table on the posting, but it’s not in the house. This was a major reason why we chose this house over other comparable ones 4)It rained pretty heavily for part of our stay, and there were multiple leaks that we had to attend to 5)It flooded while we were there, causing sand and a fence to block the elevator door on the ground level. I asked the management company if someone would be coming to address the issue prior to us checking out. I was told that, due to “road blockages and the holiday” the maintenance company wouldn’t be able to clear the debris from in front of the elevator. The roads were reopened on Tuesday, we didn’t check out until Saturday, and the holiday wasn’t until Monday. What if we would’ve had an urgent issue that really did need to be tended to? 6)There was food left behind in the fridge and cabinets, moldy coffee grounds in the coffee machine, dirty dishes in the cabinets, and broken/rusted kitchen accessories 7)The shower curtains have mildew on them, the couches are dingy and need to be cleaned/replaced. The good: The floorplan is fantastic, location is perfect and view is to die for. Some tweaks and this place would be amazing!

Disappointed in cleanliness

The property was a great spot, beautiful views, and roominess for our group. However, we entered to dirty floors, sliders with finger/handprints and smudges and food in fridge/freezer. We then found several wine and champagne glasses had caked on greasy fingerprints like they were not clean. Lots of dust on fans, walls and under beds. We also had to make our beds which was not mentioned anywhere in description. The house needs a deep clean.

Great Home on the Ocean!

We had a wonderful time at this house! Great spaces for everyone from 30 - 80+ years old. The elevator was key for the seniors. It's very close to restaurants, the grocery and shopping too. I could live on the porch! Such a lovely home!
