Your private outdoor oasis features over 350 sq. ft. of screened-in comfort and an additional 300 sq. ft. open deck, all overlooking the peaceful lagoon. It's the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening cocktails, offering a front-row seat for viewing local wildlife like egrets, herons, deer, turtles, etc.
We are just a short walk from the beach, putting the sand and surf right at your fingertips. Inside, you'll find a bright, airy, and clean home with a welcoming coastal theme. We have poured our hearts into renovating this space, and key features include:

- Fresh paint, new vanities, and modern fixtures.
- An open-plan living area with a 55” TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
- A fully updated master bathroom with a beautiful new tiled walk-in shower.
Guest Access:
You will have private access to the entire property throughout your stay. Enjoy a seamless self-check-in process using a combination deadbolt lock. Detailed instructions and your unique access code will be provided before your arrival.

Explore the charm of Edisto Island from our home! You'll find yourself conveniently close to a variety of attractions. Enjoy the sun and sand at Edisto Beach, a short walk from the house. For your essentials, a grocery store is easily accessible. Discover unique finds at local shops, and grab a coffee at a nearby coffee shop. Indulge in delicious meals at various restaurants, all within a comfortable distance. Golf enthusiasts can tee off at The Plantation Golf Course. Nature lovers can explore the beauty of Botany Bay and Edisto Beach State Park. For marine adventures, visit Edisto Marina. Getting Around:
While exploring Edisto Island, consider renting a golf cart or bikes to get around and discover the island's charm. You'll find convenient beach access just a short walk away, only a couple hundred yards from the property.

Please note that you will receive detailed check-in and check-out instructions at least 24 hours before your arrival to ensure a seamless start to your vacation.
