Clean rooms and great quiet location in New Town. Walking distance to Waverly Station, Royal Mile and lots of places to eat and drink. Staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider staying there again while in Edinburgh.

I originally thought that I had reserved a suite with more beds. It worked out well anyway. The suite was comfortable and pleasant. I loved looking out over the garden. We actually saw two foxes hanging out in the garden. The staff was kind and helpful.

Central location. Easy access, felt secure and safe. Apartment was clean. Down side was the fire alarm going off at 8am on Monday morning. No fault of anyone’s just a sharp Wake up call.

Great location in New Town with Old Town just few walkable minutes away. Tram & main train station nearby. Could enjoy Fringe, Tatoo, Film and Book festivals and come back to comfortable space. Would love to give this a positive review but..the fact it doesn’t have air conditioning impacted our stay greatly, making “sleep” very uncomfortable and our time in Edinburgh less enjoyable. Having a small child we carried a monitor which showed the room’s temperature at 30 degrees. The floors are extremely creaky (2 bed 2 bath apartment) so you’re very aware if you have children sleeping. The apartment is a decent size and the location is very central but the windows are thin so can hear a lot, oh and part of the window frame came apart but was “fixed” by reception.
