A Bit Disappointing
After going through a difficult time, I decided have a break from it all. I input 2 dogs, one adult, and came up with this place. Pricier than what I would normally go for, but I needed a break away with my well behaved, quiet and clean toy poodles.When I booked the website told me that there would be no refunds, so I was not happy as getting several emails stating, 2 adults, 1 dog.This cause a lot of stress, so after a lot of hassle, I managed to get one looked after, at an additional cost.I arrived, and had no way of contacting the host, surely sending me the key code would have been more effective. Upon first sight, the inside of the cabin looked lovely. I soon found out that it is not practical for someone life, me, who stands at only 5’4” high.Sorting my evening meal out, I could not see any cutlery, so I got mine from the car.Bedtime then arrived, and the bed is very high, and has what looked like a storage compartment under it. That compartment sticks out, and I found that getting onto the bed a major problem, and painful, as the sticky out bit grazed my legs climbing up and down. I was praying I would not have do the middle of the night stroll. Once upon the bed, I saw the cutlery, in a pot on a very hight shelf which I could not have reached anyway.I was not too happy that the blinds did not cover the whole windows, and left me feeling quite vulnerable. No lie in, as the noise from the road/farm is very loud, so not as peaceful as hoped.
