Friendly greeting. Lovely room, spotlessly clean. Plenty of lifts to get to floors. Bar staff chatty and approachable great choice of drinks and food . Fast with both. Free parking (what a bonus) bus stops just around the corner although taxis were quicker to get into Edinburgh town. Would highly recommend and use again. Loved Scotland!!!

Yes breakfast was fresh and parking was easy x The room was huge and very nice but a few noticable stains on the beautiful carpet and on the settee which i would have thought easy to remove. We thoughly enjoyed our stay x Staff were very friendly and helpful xxx

Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Nice big car park and only a few minutes taxi ride into Edinburgh. Was a good location for going to the corn exchange. Only 2-3 miles away.

I wouldn't call this a 4 star hotel. It was okay, but there was nothing that made it feel elevated. There's a bar and food available, but the decor is basic and cheap looking. It was safe and the staff were friendly.
