Had a great stay in the 2-bedroom suite. Room was excellent. Very roomy and with a full kitchen set up. While we only stayed for the night, it was like being in an apartment and we would have felt comfortable staying indefinitely. Good value for the price.

We never heard of this hotel, but were happy when staying there. We were on our way back home from MN and just needed somewhere to sleep. Our room had a living room & kitchen, which we didn’t need. In the a.m., the breakfast goes until 10am, and they didn't let anything diminish, and kept it looking nice until 10am. The staff Desha, kept the food area very nice and Ravi was going to let us check-out a bit later, but we ended-up not needing the extra time. Check-in / out was easy.

Having 2 bedrooms was great. Being lied to, was not. Accidentally left batting gloves after check out. The first person I spoke to described them to a “T”. When we went back to pick them up, they thought we said stamps or a ball was left. What?!?! Staff said nothing was left behind. We know that is also untrue because we intentionally left a portable fan that wasn’t needed any more. Won’t stay where people can’t be trusted.

We chose this hotel because of the separate bedroom & a sofa bed for our adult children to share the room with us. Never again. This hotel needs a serious upgrade. Worn fixtures, ancient stove in the kitchenette, a TV that only got 1 channel in the living room, maybe an inch & a half mattress on the sofa bed & the mattress in the bedroom wasn’t anymore comfortable. Parking is also a joke - there is no parking in the back of the hotel so if the lot is full you have to park at neighboring businesses. Don’t get me wrong, the place is clean & at a great location in Eau Claire but when you’re staying at a hotel after a busy day in town, you’d like to enjoy your time at a hotel to unwind & relax, but when you can’t get comfortable & wake up sore, it’s obvious there is a problem that needs to be addressed.

Thought I had a king bed reserved, but desk clerk said NO!~! Was disappointed as the queen bed seemed small. But liked the apartment feel, convenience, cleanliness. Breakfast hot foods weren't really hot and waffle iron needs something as waffles were very hard to get out. Hard to understand desk clerk, but he was helpful when we needed something. Nice place.
