One thing annoying was the big hole as you come up in the driveway. We would hit it just about every time. Also, i know because of Covid we didnt have beds made and trash cleaned every day. So we didnt know protocol.

My mom uses a walker and there were no handicapped ramps anywhere that she could use.

I am not usually one to write reviews, but my experience was so excellent I must share. We had an absolutely amazing time here! Raman was so friendly and helpful going out of his way to figure things out so I could stay in the same room after having to book two separate ones (because of no rooms being available for two nights in a row when I booked). I did not even ask for him to do this he just offered to, which was so very nice of him. The room was very clean, comfortable, well air conditioned. My boyfriend and I even both commented on how clean the room looked and smelled when we walked in. The shower had great pressure and tons of hot water. The parking was plentiful and was perfect for leaving the car there and walking to near by restaurants and not having to worry about finding parking there. The price cannot be beat, and the quality for the affordable cost truly is excellent. I highly recommend Americas Best Value Inn and Suites for your Chincoteague stay. We will certainly be returning.
