This listing is misleading and not accurately represented.We stayed here with a large group of friends, including a small child, and chose this home specifically for the number of bedrooms and the sauna after our ski trip. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the home was not luxury, as advertised, and did not feel close to the stated 5,000 square feet. The property appeared outdated and poorly maintained.Cleanliness was a major issue, with visible dust and mold in multiple areas, which is a serious health concern—especially with a small child present and completely unacceptable at this price point. We have photos documenting these conditions, and VRBO is currently conducting a health investigation.The sauna was the primary reason we booked this property and was not operational for 2 of the 3 days of our stay, which significantly impacted our experience and the overall value of the rental.After raising these concerns, the host indicated we would receive a partial refund to help make up for the issues. Unfortunately, the host stopped responding once we checked out, and the refund was never provided.For nearly 4,000 for a two-night stay, we expected accurate advertising, proper maintenance, and professional follow-through. Unfortunately, this stay fell well short of those expectations. We would not book this property again and hope others do not have to go through a similar experience.
