Great location, but the property and overall guest experience need work. The neighborhood was the highlight of our stay: a quaint area just a 2-minute walk to a private beach. We appreciated the beach equipment left by previous guests, and the outdoor amenities were a big plus — the grill, outdoor shower, Adirondack chairs, and porches.The home itself needs updating throughout. The furniture, rugs, and landscaping were dated and worn, and the mattresses in particular need to be replaced. The window AC units were also old and show mold.The home wasn't fully clean when we arrived. We found children's snacks ground into one of the rugs and had to request a vacuum. Communication was difficult; we were given the wrong check-in code and no garage code. Overall, we loved the location and neighborhood, but the condition of the home, cleanliness, and communication during our stay did not meet our expectations for the price paid.
