We stayed at the Bluenose Inn for the last 2-day leg of our road trip honeymoon. It served as a wonderful home base as we explored Acadia National Park. Our room was beautiful with a view of the ocean. We enjoyed the several wonderful amenities such as the restaurant and the lounge. Would recommend to anyone looking for high quality accommodations for their stay in Bar Harbor!

We enjoyed the ocean view and the room of the new building. Everything is new and the decorations are artistic. Also, the pianist was so good that we wish we came here before this time. We'll definitely come back.

Very nice property close to Bar Harbor (walking distance, shuttle or short drive) and to Acadia National Park. The room is nice and spacious and very comfortable. Also, nice views of Frenchman Bay from the balcony.

Great hotel!

We loved the hotel. We stayed in a newer section of the hotel where the rooms are suites which include a kitchenette, living room, and a porch (overlooking the ocean). The rooms were beautiful, spacious and had great amenities like a massage chair and a electric bidet in the toilet. The pools are great and the Piano Bar at night is a great place to unwind, have a drink and listen to a talented musician. It is a family friendly environment. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.
