What a pleasant surprise this hotel offered. Reception was excellent we were able to get into our room early and the room was clean, practical and the shower excellent. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of hot and cold food.

Lovely stay! Comfy bed and great check in and staff. Perfect for going to the ABBA arena as walking distance. There was a lovely breakfast included although beware of the times. The buffet is in a small area so it’s packed at certain times. Hence I gave only 4 stars. Apart from that I’d go again!

Good for a frill-free quick stop, very convenient (10-12 min walk) to the ABBA Arena. Car park is useful facility and costs £22 per 24 hour period, first come first served (advance booking not an option).

We picked here for a sporting event. The staff was extremely helpful since we needed a sofa bed for one child due to a last minute change. While it is all sold out they managed to let us check in earlier, and get some breakfast while we were waiting for the new room to be ready. The location was convenient as well, you can take bus to Bank street, or walk to the Stratford station for the tube.

Housekeeping was excellent. Reception staff very helpful. Breakfast was excellent but very busy and more seating would have been helpful. Evening food and bar very good and reasonably priced. Staff were all very polite and friendly. Overall an excellent stay and would recommend.
