We always pick this Hampton every visit. The remodel was a great addition. Breakfast was well prepared and always stocked. The room was ready upon our arrival and as always it was clean and the staff was excellent in addressing our needs. They were always cordial. I recommend this location for any length of stay.

Recommended Stay

The only negative was that the incorrect card was billed on check-out, the one used to confirm, vs paying for the actual reservation. However staff was very prompt, professional and efficient in wanting to correct the problem, even after I had already left. Suggestion to also check address on print-out. However, overall definitely an above average experience.

The best part of the stay was the excellent front desk and cleaning staff. They were all so helpful and cordial. The room was roomy and comfortable We were disappointed that there wasn’t a safe in the room. We aren’t used to having to check for that.

Clerk at check in was very nice and helpful. Public areas nice, clean, appeared to have recent upgrades. Guest room had extremely worn, stained and dirty carpet, room had nasty order, bathroom counter and tile nice but tub bottom dirty/stained. Not sure I would return.
