Overall satisfied with this hotel. It was updated and clean. The location was fantastic. The breakfast wasn’t great, but better than most continental breakfasts. The mattress and pillows were a little hard for my liking and our room had a weird smell to it. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

I was concerned about whether or not our room had been cleaned prior to our stay. There was long black hairs in the bathroom that wasn’t ours. Plus the toilet paper rolls didn’t have the finished point that is usually in an unused room.

This was a very nice hotel. Parking was the problem not enough had to walk long distance to get to the hotel. The location was close to what we wanted to do and see in the peninsula. I would go to a Hampton Inn on another occasion.

It was OK but really expensive. Location has good access to shopping and restaraunts in the downtown area. Coffee shop just across the road. I would not say that all the hotels in Houghton are WAY overpriced. Next time I'll stay elsewhere.

The hotel is in a great location. This was our second time staying there. The staff is very friendly and the hotel smells clean as soon as you walk in, same with our room. Our room had a balcony which we really enjoyed and even though our room was next to the elevator, we didn’t hear a peep. The only downside for me was that the bed was so firm, like the floor with a blanket on it. That’s also personal preference. If we’re ever in that area again I would stay there.

Was put in a basement room despite other rooms being available and asking to change. I chose this hotel bc of the views and ended up looking out the window up into a parking lot and people walking by. Very disappointing
