Bancalillo Redondo:
Cortijo Bancalillo Redondo es una encantador alojamiento con unas vistas maravillosas de la sierra y rodeado de un entorno natural.

Ubicado en el pueblo de Dúrcal, el alojamiento está a 25 minutos de la playa, 25 minutos de Granada y 60 minutos de la estación de esquí de Sierra Nevada.

Cada detalle del cortijo está cuidado con mimo, como puede apreciarse en las paredes de piedra, los techos y revestimientos de madera y un mobiliario de gran calidad pensado para la comodidad y el confort de los huéspedes.

El exterior acoge una gran piscina privada rodeada de césped y vegetación propia de la zona en la que encontramos variedad de frutales y antiguos olivos, esta vegetación junta a la valla que rodea la finca la convierte en un área reservada y discreta.

Para disfrutar de las vistas y el relax, pueden acomodarse en el espectacular porche equipado con estupendos sillones y sofás.

El interior del Cortijo Bancalillo Redondo se reparte entre una planta y una buhardilla. La buhardilla acoge un precioso dormitorio forrado entero de madera y la planta baja consta de dos dormitorios, dos baños uno de ellos ensuite y una encantadora cocina comedor con chimenea (no operativa).

El buen gusto, los materiales nobles, el cuidado en la decoración y el equipamiento hacen del Cortijo Bancalillo Redondo un lugar de descanso y desconexión ideales, donde poder disfrutar de la privacidad de un cortijo y unas buenas comunicaciones con la playa, la ciudad y la estación de esquí.

Vacaciones au top!!!

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans le chalet et nous avons été ravis! Le chalet est cosy; le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables ! La propriétaire et sa soeur ont été très accueillantes comme tous les andalous ! Merci!

Très agréable séjour Durcal

Cottage très agréable avec un très beau jardin. Le cottage est conforme à la description dans l'annonce. Rosamarie est très sympathique malgré le fait que nous ne parlons pas l'espagnol. Elle nous a très bien accueilli et nous gardons d'elle ainsi que de notre séjour un agréable souvenir.

Fantastic Villa

This is a small villa with a great pool and garden located on the outskirts of Ducal and within easy reach of Granada and the coast. It makes a great base for exploring the nearby Sierras and local towns of Granada, Ubeda and Baiza. When checking in the owner, Rosemaria, will meet you in the village and show you to the villa, she doesnt speak English so make sure when you phone ahead that you are clear whet time you will arrive. The villa itself is well fitted out with a great supply of items has a nice garden and good sized and clean pool. The village is typical Spanish and not touristy. There are ample shops and bakeries within walking distance but we went down by car as it is a walk uphill on the way back on a narrow road. Local restaurants keep Spanish time in general so few open before 7 or 8 in the evening and some are only open Friday to Sunday but there are some great places to eat locally. The local booking agent Fides communicates well during your stay making sure everything is OK and speaks English so is on hand if you need anything.

Great location, beautiful views and lovely property

We had a great couple of weeks staying in this property. The location was perfect - 20 minutes to Granada, 30 minutes to the beaches and 20 minutes into the mountains. The cottage is on the edge of the town ( easy walking distance in the morning for bread). Durcal is a lovely little town with everything you need and not at all touristy. There is a large supermarket nearby and lots of cafes. The house is set in beautiful private, grounds with a lovely pool, outside sitting area and table and chairs. We spent most of our time outside as although the weather was hot, there was plenty of shade if we needed it. The inside of the house was quite small and dark ( it kept very cool so didn't need air con on much) though well equipped, with nice extras like herbs, washing up liquid, toilet rolls etc. Note - there was no pool/beach towels so bring your own. The upstairs bedroom is accessed up a loft ladder so not suitable for young children or elderly. It would have benefited from a written instruction book for the house, with information on working the cooker, wifi, air con etc and maybe some hints about best places to go. Overall we had a great holiday ( 2 adults and 3 older teenagers) and would thoroughly recommend it.

Ideally situated villa

Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Durcal which was ideally situated for the coast, Granada and walking in the beautiful hills. The pool and gardens were perfect but we felt the villa was a little disappointing. It was very dark with not the best lighting. Also the sun loungers could have done with some mats on them. We were met by RoseMarie who spoke no English (we had told Antonio that we didn't speak Spanish). There was no file in the Villa with emergency numbers, instructions re the villa, or any other information.

Lovely well appointed rural property in a fantastic location

Villa is well located for beaches and mountains, and only 20 minutes from Granada. It is on the outskirts of a small town offering all the amenities you would need, but feels secluded and private. The owner has thought of everything, from stacks of towels to a small selection of seasoning and dry goods. Everything is beautifully clean, including the pool.

sehr unkomplizierter kontakt, gepflegtes und schönes Grundstück in angenehmer lage, das Häuschen ist klein, aber gemütlich und zweckmäßig. die betten und bäder sind sehr klein, aber die küche gut und die aussenanlage wirklich schön.

Beautiful location

A lovely cottage - in a stunning location but only 30 mins south of Granada. The pool, garden and cottage are well maintained and spotlessly clean. The cottage is totally private - not overlooked by anyone and the views to the hills are beautiful. Thank you Antonio for a lovely cottage

Perfect House

This is a stunning little house in a picturesque location, it is exactly as described on the web site. Antonio and his team were more than helpful, we arrived early and Antonio was still there to meet us at 30 mins notification (we called ahead). The grounds and pool of the house are perfect, everywhere and everything was spotlessly clean, the views of the mountains from the garden are stunning. The house is well equipped with a small utility room out back, it is very private (not overlooked) and located down a small tarmac road from the village of Durcal, don't be put of by the approach as this is a hidden gem. It is an easy walk to the village where there are plenty of shops, bars etc. There are a number of excellent restaurants within walking distance (between 10 and 20 mins), but if coming back late its a good idea to bring a small torch or make sure your mobile phone is charged, there are no street lights for the last few hundred meters. The area is perfect for outdoor activities, great cycling routes, running, walking etc., the beaches are no more than 30 mins down the A44. The mountain villages are also well worth a visit. We would definitely return :-)

Wunderschöne kleine Finca

Lieber Antonio, danke für die wundervolle, erholsame Zeit in eurem kleinen Cottage, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Finca sieht genauso schön aus, wie auf dem Foto eingefangen. Alles ist penibel sauber und das Grundstück äußerst gepflegt. Das Grundstück rechts neben dem Haus wird von einem sehr freundlichen und ruhigen Podenkomix-Rüden bewacht, der sich über ein wenig Ansprache und natürlich Leckerlies sehr freut. Der Ausblick vom Pool auf die Berge unbeschreiblich schön. Leider gibt es etwas, was das Urlaubsglück ein wenig trübt: Nahezu auf jedem Grundstück im Tal lebt mindestens ein Hund, oft auch mehrere. Die Hunde bellen die ganze Nacht abwechselnd, gerne aber auch zusammen - und dann wird es laut.... Alles in allem haben wir die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit (über Tag 😀) auf der kleinen Finca sehr genossen! Wir hätten bei der Bewertung sehr gerne 5 Sterne gegeben, wegen der nächtlichen "Ruhestörung" mussten wir leider einen Stern abziehen.
