Maison et terrasse superbes. Équipements parfaits. En revanche, dans l'annonce, il Ă©tait spĂ©cifiĂ© "plage privĂ©e". Cette expression est mensongĂšre. En effet, il s'agit d'un accĂšs au lac, partagĂ© par plusieurs habitants des maisons adjacentes. Il s'agit en fait d'un carrĂ© d'herbe nu Ă  partager avec plus d'une dizaine de vacanciers.

Emplacement idĂ©al sur les bords du lac d’Annecy

Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Tout est de qualitĂ©. AccĂšs au lac par un chemin privĂ© ( en commun avec d’autres familles), qui dĂ©bouche sur un espace herbeux ombragĂ© et un escalier d’accĂšs au lac. Boulangerie pĂątisserie, et supĂ©rette sur place et un bus part du Duingt tous les 20mn vers Annecy et il est gratuit tout l’étĂ©
