The neighborhood is what makes this location perfect. Chip seal roads (No dust and no ATVs racing through the roads!!!) The neighborhood is very quiet and a lot of deer and wild turkeys wonder around the area.

The property has 3 stories. The main floor is in the middle with the kitchen and living areas.
