Summary:

This is a smartly decorated two bedroomed apartment. The solid oak front door opens onto a generous welcoming hallway. The open plan large living/dining room is a bright area, with comfortable seating and a large dining area. Gives access to the balcony windows overlooking the gardens and golf course.

Unfortunately due to Management Rules, we cannot host Pets at this property.

The Space:

The spacious master bedroom offers great views and is stylishly furnished with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a generous size and next to the large family bathroom.



The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of storage and super-efficient underfloor heating. There is secure car parking available in the underground car park with CCTV monitoring



The development is convenient to all the amenities of Booterstown, Ballsbridge and Donnybrook and the DART to whisk you into the city in 15 minutes.

small fee applies for delivery and collection. Please add at time of
