My two-week stay at the Grand Plaza Mövenpick Hotel was far more than just accommodation, it was a genuinely meaningful experience. This was my first Christmas away from family, and I arrived in the UAE unwell just before my flight. Despite this, the care and attentiveness of the staff turned what could have been a difficult time into one that felt warm, supportive, and deeply human.
