Good Value, GREAT Location!
This 12th floor studio apartment in the Burj Al Nujoom is in a great location! We walked to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and the Metro several times. But if you don't feel like walking, taxis are usually queued up just down stairs. Also on street level in the same block as the studio are several eateries, and a supermarket.
Although you can't see The Burj Khalifa from the studio, or from the rooftop pool, we watched the nightly light show from the sidewalk just outside. I'm sure this also helps make the rental so affordable.
Do try to confirm and complete all payment details in advance, as this is an apartment building, without traditional "hotel front desk" services, including payment on check in or check out. We had a payment mix-up, but Omar the property owner/manager was very accessible and helpful as we worked it out via WhatsApp.
