Amazing spacious accommodation, smooth check in and pleasant staff. Connected to a good sized mall. It was my husband's birthday the day we checked in and the hotel surprised him with a cake,candle et all. Very nice gesture and much appreciated :) oh and the washing machine was a bonus! (Since we've been travelling with our family for the last 3 weeks lol)

Incredible customer services and attentiveness

Incredible customer services and attentiveness The staff were very aware and helpful. Really impressed with them. Hotel is conveniently located next to a mall, and has very spacious rooms. All amenities were there, which is good for longer stays. Some of the things need renovation. would like to have more veg food options. It'll be nice also if the balconies and windows are cleaned regularly

Excellent Stay

Once again my stay at the Arjaan was perfect. Spacious accommodation with all you need to make your stay comfortable. Also easy access into the shopping mall with good food outlets, a Carrefour supermarket and a cinema ! The staff are amazing from the doorman, valet parker, check in people to the housekeeping staff they are all super friendly & welcoming nothing is too much trouble for them, always happy & smiling. Rotana are to be commended on the training of their staff. Highly recommended.
