Soap and Shampoo not provided. Tissue was empty when we arrived. We had to go through a flight of stairs with no elevator options. Bringing heavy luggages prove to be difficult

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel. Sehr zentral und gute Anbindung. Das Frühstück ist und gut und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Shower issue

Had a problem as safe not working and shower was flooding within 10 mins sent someone to clean bathroom and fix safe.however didn’t fix problem with shower as kept flooding also room was not cleaned one of the nights

The room, bar and staff were all wonderful! The only issue i had was that the room was never cleaned so no fresh towels or toilet roll or bin emptied. Had to ask reception 3 times. Other than that it was good.

The hotel is large and can accommodate a big group. The room was adequate and comfortable. Occasional noise coming from the street and the smell of pedestrians’ cigarette smoke. The front desk was friendly. Overall, the hotel looks old and feels old but is adequate for a couple of days stay.
