Two lounges: one at groundfloor and another upstairs with television.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Children and adults can enjoy the property garden, and admire the charming stream nearby.
In summer enjoy also the heated outdoor swimming pool (from June, depending on the weather).
The swimming pool is not available during winter time to avoid freezing & cracking.

🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

La Clusaz is 20 minutes from the property by car.

Riesen Haus mit Pool, tolle Lage, maximale Ausstattung
Wir möchten uns für die schöne Woche in Ihrem Haus bedanken!
Wir waren eine Gruppe von 12 Personen + kleinem Hund aus dem Raum NRW. Das Haus bietet wirlich alles, was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Bequeme Betten, viele Toiletten und Bäder, Rolläden und Vorhänge, Tischtennis, Billiard, Fahrräder, 2 Küchen mit allem Zubehör. Das Haus ist wirklich wahnsinnig groß. Es ist sicher möglich, mehr Leute unter zu bringen.
Besonders hat uns der beheizte Pool gefallen, wo wir auch Abends noch entspannt die letzten Sonnenstrahlen nutzen konnten. Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder die Fahrt zur Stadt Annecy ist ideal. Wir empfehlen das Haus weiter und würden wiederkommen, auch wenn wir uns sonst eher in Südfrankreich umschauen.
