Sympa, bien situé mais .... dans son jus
Dès l'entrée, des odeurs de renfermé, de moisi et d'humidité nous ont accueillies. La propreté des lieux est plus que survolée. Les meubles et la vaisselle sont dans leur jus : pas nets et à relaver avant utilisation. De nombreuses toiles d'araignée au niveau des fenêtres. Les vitres n'ont pas été nettoyées depuis très très longtemps !! La tonte de la pelouse n'était pas faite ... L'aspirateur est blanc de poussière de plâtre. Je ne vous parlerai pas de l'odeur lorsque je l'ai fait fonctionner ....Bref, au vu du prix de la location pour ce week-end de 5 jours, mise à part la situation de cette maison et le calme, nous restons très déçus pour ce qui concerne la propreté et l'entretien de ce logement. Mieux vaut ne pas être allergique aux acariens, poussières, moisissures, humidité ....

Bien localisé mais décevant
Location près du centre de st Enogat mais dans son jus avec les odeurs de cave et de chiens mouillés et le manque le lumière dans les pièces de vie semi enterrées, mobilier en fin de vie. Par contre joli jardin quand le soleil permet d'en profiter. L'étage où se situe les chambres est bien plus agréable et lumineux.

Joli cadre mais entretien très insuffisant
Le ménage et l'entretien de la location sont très en dessous de ce qu'on peut attendre pour le cout de location (Plus de 1300€ en aout). Le nettoyage hebdomadaire laissait à franchement à désirer (poils de chien sur les rideaux, poussière sur certains meubles et dans les coins, frizer du réfrigérateur rempli de glace, sanitaires mal nettoyés, batterie de cuisine sale, etc. L'environnement de la maison nécessite surtout un entretien supplémentaire pour palier les salissures liées à l'humidité (nettoyages des encadrements de fenêtre salis par les excrément d'escargots et de fourmis, tonte de la pelouse et ramassage des excréments de chien). L'équipement du logement est globalement satisfaisant parce que récent l'exception du four, de l'aspirateur (plâtre et sac très usager) et des aménagements des placards de cuisine un peu douteux au niveau de la propreté. Reste le problème majeur d'odeur de moisi dues à l'humidité du rez de chaussée ou plutot du 1/2 sous-sol qui limite fortement l'usage du salon. Au final le rapport qualité -prix est très loin de ce qu'on rencontre ailleurs en France même à cette période du mois d'aout.
