Great place to stay for a concert!

We went to Dillon for a concert at the amphitheater and were able to walk there easily. We had been a little rushed getting ready for this trip and were happily surprised to find coffee in the kitchen so we didn’t have to rush out to the store. The balcony was a lovely spot for coffee/drinks overlooking the lake. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed including sugar & some spices and condiments. The bed was very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet at night. We rented kayaks at the marina in the morning(go at 9:00!) and it was beautiful. Really a terrific couple of days. Thank you for thinking of all the little details.

Great March Ski Visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. The view was great and the location put A-Basin, Keystone, Vail, and Breckenridge in easy reach. The condo was very comfortable-thoughtfully furnished and well planned. It had a family feel, bed was comfortable, kitchen had all needed cooking utensils, and the view was stunning. Took the opportunity to ‘walk on water’ on the frozen lake, and watch para-skiers too!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay on the property. The place is very clean and quaint. The views are incredible and walking to the show at the amphitheater was a neat experience. I use the running/biking/walking path each day. We were close to the playground, which my daughter loved. The only bummer was that the pool was closed when it was supposed to be open. It was closed the entire time, even when the weather was nice. The main reason I chose this property was so that my daughter could swim.

Great location, cozy & clean

For 10+ years this has been our favorite building to stay in when visiting Dillon. This 1b/1b condo is tidy and comfortable. We didn't do much cooking but a cursory look through the kitchen cabinets gave me the impression it was well-stocked with pans, cookie sheets, utensils, and other basic supplies. The bedroom has a comfortable king bed and plentiful storage. We were grateful for the humidifier and fans in the bedroom, too. The shower puts out a strong stream of hot water. Because the bathroom is small, the desk/makeup table in the bedroom was a lifesaver. The view of the lake is perfect and I spent most of my days on the balcony, watching the sailboats and cyclists/runners.

Planning to go back!

Beautiful, well-maintained, clean one-bedroom condo with magnificent views of the Dillon Reservoir and the mountains beyond. Wonderful place to stay with great restaurants, shopping, and ski options close by. New winter fun - the town of Dillon is grooming the lake for cross-country skiing. When the weather cooperates, this is a great way to get out and enjoy the area. And the condo is right there! Or just watch everyone else and their dogs. :) Owner provided everything we could want - and then some; thanks! We are planning to go back soon!

Heaven on the Lake!

Do you like to be on the lake? Watch concerts at an Amphitheater? Hike? Bike? This is the place for you! We woke up to the most amazing view which we enjoyed over and over with cocktails on the patio, rode our bikes to Pug Ryan’s and walked to a concert literally 5 minutes away. The condo had everything we needed and the pool and hot tub felt great on our tired bones in the morning. We will definitely be back!!

Time with Mom

The condo was lovely. Both my mom and I appreciated the cleanliness as well as everything you would need to prepare meals, etc. The location was perfect for long walks and bike rides around the lake. We were pleasantly surprised to see them setting up their weekly farmer's market right out front on the morning that we were checking out. So much fun!!

Warm and Cozy Ski Weekend

Immediately upon renting the property they had great communication and responded quickly. They supplied a lot of information at multiple times which was great. The property itself was as advertised, clean, updated, and most of all an amazing view! We would definitely recommend this stay to family and friends!

Nice rental, great view !

Unit was clean and as advertised. Made a great base of operations for a weekend away, close to Breckinridge, Frisco, etc. The panoramic mountain views from the balcony can’t be beat! Pictures really don’t do it justice. The building does have some age on it and the walls are thin but that wasn’t a big issue overall. Would happily book it again next time we visit Dillon.

Spectacular

It was everything we could have hoped for. The condo was perfect. The condo was beautifully furnished. The owner made sure that everything we needed to have a comfortable, enjoyable and carefree experience was in the apartment. The view of Lake Dillon was spectacular. We could sit in the living room or the balcony and get a panoramic view of the lake. We were here in the last week of September. The weather was sunny every day. The high temperatures were in the 70's. You could walk a few feet and be on a bike-walking trail that extended for miles around the lake. There is hiking, biking and swimming. It s within walking distance of outlet shopping and restaurants. We do not have children but there are two playgrounds for children not far from the condo. It was an excellent experience. Better than we hoped for and just a great all around experience.

Location, Location, Location

We live in a desert environment and wanted to get away to a cool place in our own state. We usually go to Ouray but decided since we have not been to Dillion in 20 years we would give it a try. As soon as you walk in the door you have a beautiful view of Lake Dillon. Wonderful location, can walk to restaurants and the amphitheater. The weekly farmers market was right in front of the unit. It was close to everything we wanted to do in the area. Every thing in the owners control was great. Well stocked essentials, clean, the beds and pillows were comfy. Very nice. The things we did not like the owner has no control over. I mention them because these are things I would like to know. We have lived single family our entire lives. The noise was horrible. during our stay everyone around us had small children. There was a lot of screaming an crying all the time. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the cool mountain air and the view but at times all the kids (8 under our deck) and all the talking etc. was unbearable. Smells. Anytime someone cooked you could smell it in the unit. We would go out to eat and come back and the unit just reeked! One night it was fish and one night brussel sprouts.. I would give the property 5 stars for location and essentials in the unit. I would give it a three for noise and aromas.

so friendly and welcoming

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was big, clean, in a perfect location and close to everything! The view from the living room balcony was absolutely perfect. I don't think there could be a better spot. Unfortunately, COVID kept the pool and hot tub closed, as well as no shows at the Ampitheatre. These were to be big parts of our vacation so that stunk...such is life during COVID. The only issues we had were not with the condo. We had poor luck with our neighbors. The family above us had small children that played on the deck constantly. One of the kids was spitting through the deck down toward us...my husband said "hey now!" and I said something along the line of "do not spit!" and the child (all of 5 years old, maybe) responded with "SHUT UP, WOMAN!" I let it go and just went inside when they were outside. If the kids had no better manners than that I wasn't going to fool with their parents. Again, this was no fault of the property management. The last couple of days brought new neighbors directly below us which included younger girls that LOVED their weed. It's a non-smoking property so I feel like although I realize recreational use is permitted in Colorado, I don't want my 14 year old daughter and her friend to have to smell it. There is no a/c so we had to keep the doors and windows open for ventilation. The ventilation gave me munchies. haha...I did end up letting management know about that since I didn't want them to get complaints and think it may have been from us. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation and our hiking trips in the mountains were breathtakingly beautiful. I hope to be back when the pandemic is finally over. Thanks!
