Would Happily Stay at Radisson Blu Again!

While checking in at the hotel, I mentioned to the young lady that I had not been able to check in for my flight the next morning. She happily walked me through the procedure, even using her phone at times to help me check in. This took time, and she did not have to offer, but she did. This showed the warmness of the staff. The Radisson Blu is a gorgeous hotel. The lobby, the restaurants, and the rooms have a great vibe. It is evident that the staff works hard to keep the hotel exceptionally clean and modern. It is a great bargain for the money. We loved our short visit.

This was such a lovely hotel, clean and the staff were very polite and professional. Every evening when I returned room service had left me a little piece of candy and I thought that was a nice touch. The only thing I didn't like was the light feature that requires you to plug your keycard into the wall to use any lights in the room. As a single traveller this feels like a recipe for disaster as you only get one card and it is needed to operate the elevator also. Otherwise it was a great stay and would definitely stay at their other properties.
