Welcome to your next beach getaway! This beautifully-appointed top-floor two
bedroom, two bathroom condo at The Residences Lighthouse Cove is located in
the heart of Dewey Beach on the Rehoboth Bay, one block from the Atlantic
Ocean. Easy walk to Dewey Beach shops, restaurants, and nightlife or a
bus/trolley ride to Rehoboth, the outlets and surrounding areas.
This fourth floor modern two bedroom, two bath condominium sleeps 6
comfortably. The spacious first bedroom features a king-sized bed with ensuite
bathroom, access to balcony, and flat-screen TV. The second bedroom offers a pyramid bunk bed and access to the washer and dryer which are adjacent to second bathroom.
The living area boasts a comfy oversized sectional with full-sized pullout bed, flat-
screen TV, gas fireplace, and access to the private balcony with more seating to
enjoy the views.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite
countertops, a peninsula island with seating, as well as a comfortable dining area.
Bed linens, pillows, and shower towels are provided. Please bring your own
pool/beach towels.
Two dedicated parking spaces are included in parking garage with secure elevator
access to condo.
The inviting, expansive multi-level plaza is available for guests to enjoy the
rooftop infinity pool, community grilling stations, fire pits, and outdoor seating
areas to take in the amazing ocean views and stunning sunsets over the bay.  The
lower level conveniently connects to the Lighthouse Restaurant and Bar.
Guests will also enjoy access to hotel amenities - indoor saltwater pool and fitness
center.

Stayed on the property for a mini family weekend vacation. Property was beautiful, had all the amenities we needed, and was in a good location. Check in process was easy and the directions given by the property owners were perfect. I would definitely recommend this property.

Stayed here with my family (kids 7, and 9). • Location is prime; right on the beach and walking distance to food, coffee, and ice cream. • I was worried about night time being too loud, but pleasantly could not hear anything from our bedrooms. • Condo was fully stocked! (Sometimes people say that, but you get there and it’s not fully stocked. This one was) It had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back here to Dewey beach again!

Clean, block walk to beach. Walkable to most restaurants. Manager was very responsive and let us check in early when it was available so my toddler could nap. Pool was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo, great time!

This condo has everything you need for a comfortable and clean place to vacation! The property owner was amazing as well. We’d love to stay there again in the future. So close to the ocean and minutes to Indian River Inlet so my son could fish. Thank you Diane for having us!
