You advertised there was a pool , when i get there im told the pool is shut down . I would have never booked this place if i knew that. Thats false advertising. There should be some sort of refund for not providing what you advertised. Also the breakfast was horrible. I saw a gallon of milk sitting on the counter not refrigerated. A few bagles and warm yogurt. Everything else was empty. I will not be coming back here .only positive thing i can say is staff is super friendly.

Staff was very friendly hotel was very clean. We booked this hotel due to location and pool. When we arrived we were told the pool is out of order indefinitely. The breakfast was a joke. No hot food at all. The yogurt was in a dish on the counter with nothing to keep it cold. Mils for cereal also out on counter not cold. (Gross)

The room was quite nice, but people need to be aware that the rooms with the jacuzzi don’t allow dogs. The staff at the front desk were so helpful in this regard. On Sundays they have the waffle iron out so you can make waffles. What else? Oh the location is really good! Also, there are train tracks behind the hotel as well, but the rooms are insulated really well, so you can’t hear the traffic.

I never booked. I just wasted money because these hotels in Detroit and the surrounding areas want a very huge deposit and will ask for it as the last demand during the transaction. It’s never advertised and anytime i give a deposit in Detroit they hold it for 30 days. I just lost money on both of the bookings.

Staff was great. Excellent value for a quick overnight trip. Room was in pretty good condition and didn't have any funky smells (I give credit to the hard surface flooring instead of carpet). Area is a little rough but that's not the hotel's fault. Only heard the freight train once right outside the window. I wish the breakfast was a little more than sugary cereal, lukewarm milk, and some toast but I appreciate that it was available. Overall I'd say the property is good if you're passing through, but not as your destination.
