The property met our needs for our whole family to stay. The picture listed of the rooms was not accurate and caused some changes, but it was doable. All the stars were hard on my knees. The rooms were decorated beautifully. Our bed was very comfortable. Another bathroom would have been helpful with 14 people. The breakfast was a joke if it was for 14 people staying for 4 nights: a dozen eggs, 1/2 gal. of orange juice. along with frozen waffles and pancakes that were not in there origial packaging. Also, the ants in the kitchen were an extra bonus. We tried our best to honor the no-shoes house rule. Wish weather could have been better.

The place was great and easily hosted the seven of us! We also used the space to host friends in the backyard for the day after our wedding and the yard is huge/perfect for this. Our hosts were very accommodating in letting us hold the event even with a couple communication difficulties. One thing I’m not 100% sure on is how the space would host 18 people per the listing, so would just check that if you plan to max out the capacity of the space.

Could have been better

Nice place but - wrong address on one paper- wrong door code on one paper but got worked out fairly fast . Had to ask to use all bedrooms in the house ( still smh on that one) hot tub is a one person jetted tub unless we could find the real hot tub . Nice area , safe, close main drag . 5 people - two had to stay in same room . Basement is not comfortable ( seating)

"RUN"

This was by far my worst experience. Dirty bathrooms, old food, insane request, and I had been in the place for 3hrs and the shower started leaking downstairs into the kitchen, through a light fixture. No response to this issue. And in the kitchen she left food that was half eaten by other guests as her " Complimentary Breakfast",Pre-Used" toothpaste, received an email days before checking in, that she had picked the "two" of four bedrooms we could use. Provided one pillow per bed, The garage is listed as parking, has an old car inside cant use. All bedrooms have digital locks with different codes, no extra linen. And two hours before checking in requested i.d.'s for All guests, my minor kids included. DON'T RENT THIS HOUSE

This was a great place to stay, relax, and enjoy time with friends. Very clean, relaxing, and inviting. Gabriela had all of the information available and was prompt at responding to any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend this place and consider returning in the future!

40th birthday gathering

We stayed here with family for my husbands 40th birthday celebration. The home is super clean, cozy and accommodating of a larger group. The breakfast food for the morning was also a nice touch. Would definitely recommend!

Work Stay

I did not realize that we were going to get charged per person and would not have access to all the bedrooms. Also, one morning a person on our work crew was locked out of his bedroom. It took us several tries calling and an hour later before we were contacted back with the code for him to get back into the room. This situation made us all late for our jobs.

Nice place in quiet neighborhood, outstandingly equipped. Two things the description should say: 1) "For sanitary reasons bedrooms are locked and only opened for the number necessary per guest per night" and 2) "Due to liability reasons the garage is locked. Please do not go inside the garage."

Enjoyed the multi level this home offers with the basement set up for visiting while others can sleep on the second floor. Comfortable Shabby Chic style. Back yard was amazing wish we had had more time to enjoy as we added in a concert at Pine Knob.

Trip to the city

Took our family of 5 to get a taste of city living. We live on an island in the UP. We enjoyed fun box, slime ville, peppa pig land, lego land, sealife, water park, splash pad, belle islle, and lunch down town detroit. The girls were exhausted everyday but coming back to a nice house in a nice neighborhood was the perfect way to end the day.
