Check-in was confusing at first because I couldn't figure out how to open the lock box. And communication, what the property manager was confusing prior to arrival, as I was getting conflicting information via the vrbo chat. But once I got there, I was given a phone number to text. And that person was quickly responsive. Overall, the home was nice.I stayed with my four year old eight year old and husband. The biggest downside to me was the bathroom. The shower head was broken and so it was difficult to take a shower as it kept falling. The home seems older, and so the bathroom itself had a stained bathtub as well as dirt in cracks and corners. There was something on the wall. I'm assuming maybe a laundry shoot or something that was broken and hanging from the wall.

Not Quite...

Check in was great, as Glenda let us check in early. The home was not clean, as the included pictures show. Glenda did tell us where the towels were stored downstairs when we contacted her. The first bedroom had only a fitted and flat sheet. The second had added a fuzzy throw that did not even cover the bed. One of the bunk beds simply had a flat sheet over the plastic mattress. Mattresses were comfortable. We enjoyed our family time, but will not return. Many things were in disrepair or didn't work.
