Under construction. We were first given a dirty room, exchanged keys for a new room- it was under heavy construction. Our 3rd room was not nice. It was not well cleaned. Our keys didn’t work initially and we had to go back to the service desk a 4th time. There was a very loud wedding that kept us awake. The one good service was the valet.

Horrible horrible horrible. Building under construction, thermostat would spark when you touch it, air conditioner didn’t work well made it really hot in room, shower was leaking from the ceiling, shower was making an awful noise when in use, terrible staff. Hotel room was $200.48 they made me put a $50 deposit in and told me I would get it back when I checked out. They weren’t going to give it back and stated I still owed them $50. They put $203.10 on hold on my account. They over charged me and I’m NOT happy. They charge you for parking. Overall HORRENDOUS. I will NEVER go back there.

It was very convenient to the Q line which was great for getting downtown to Comerica park. I know the hotel is under renovations but I have stayed at hotels before under renovations and it was not like this. Hammering, drilling furniture moving above us before 8 AN. Room never had housekeeping our 3 days. Only had new towels put in once. Air conditioning worked sub par.

Needed a hotel close to Ford Field

Pros: Everything
Location: The location was a business district. Gated in with Valet parking neighboring Henry ford
It was an awesome hotel, with nice rooms and a beautiful lovely lobby. The staff was so very nice and took care of the guests with care. Would most definitely stay again!

Never will stay here again

Pros: Location was close to downtown
Cons: Have rooms ready by check-in time and check rooms to make sure they are actually clean and repair anything broken, ensure guests are aware of what typ
Location: Location was close to downtown, about 2 miles from Masonic Temple and good restaurants nearby.
I had booked a king room and paid in full through Travelocity for a one night stay. I arrived at the hotel 15 minutes before check-in (which was at 3pm), and the woman at the counter began to check me in but advised there were no clean rooms available. Since we were early, this did not concern us. She then expressed that she was leaving for the day and had to count her cash drawer so she wasn't able to help me any longer and passed me off to the other receptionist. The second person at the front desk immediately found a clean room, checked me in and gave me the entry keys. When we went into our room, there was a strong stench of cigarette smoke. To my surprise, it was a 2 queen bedroom which both comforters on the beds had cigarette burns and the bedside table had cigarette ashes all over it. I went back to the front desk to change my room to a King bedroom, but the front desk clerk explained they were all sold out of king rooms. I showed my reservation confirmation, which was paid in full for a King room. The hotel explained that these room selections are not guaranteed, if you book a room through a third party it only guarantees you a room but not type of room. So although we booked and paid for a king room online, it was not guaranteed. We were able to upgrade to a 2 Queen bed room but it would be an additional cost as the only available rooms had extra amenities available like a fridge/microwave. So we went back to our room and the thermostat was broken so we could not ad

Won't stay again

For about an hour starting at 3am the fire alarm kept going off, the room was a little dated and the furniture was coming apart. The valet staff was slow and rude.
