"We were extremely unhappy with our stay here.
1. It was cold in the room and we couldn’t use the heater, because it doesn’t work during summer time. Reception doesn’t have clue about it, and they were just telling us turn on AC for heat and wait 10 mins.
2. On the reception in the evening there was a random drunk person from the street. There are no any security there.
3. In the hotel restaurant they did not remember the whole order… We were waiting until we asked, and they were like.. “Did you order fish??”.. Of course, after waiting for an hour for the fish, we just decided to cancel it.
That was the worst experience in the luxury hotel we had. Honestly, I do not understand why this hotel considered as luxury… I do not recommend anyone to stay here. "
