Great beach getaway

We really liked the location of this condo. It’s on the 1st floor so you can walk out the patio door and be at the beach in just a few steps. Tennis courts for pickle ball and the pool are right out the door also. Nice quiet location and a short Uber trip to the Boardwalk. We had 2 great dinners at Tailfins and the Boathouse for a Saturday band was a great time.

Enjoyed sitting on the patio for morning coffee listing to the waves and the sea breeze, and our glass of wine at night with the same. We were comfortable the week we stayed. Definitely met most of our needs. Us being 70, we would have like a washer/dryer combo in the unit, since the laundry was on the top floor. To far to go. Other than that, I would highly recommend this as condo for other vacationers.

Reviewer Comments: This rental is exactly how it looks in the pictures. Beautiful inside with all the amenities you need. The bed and pull out are wxtremwly comfortable with memory foam mattress. My husband loved the adjustable bed. Dont pass this one up!The only recommendation is to bring extra bath towels as the towel exchange is Tuesday and Friday's. I gave 4 stars for the properties general condition as several washing machines were broken, the coin exchange was also broke and the front desk would not give change.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I love Holiday Surf and Racquet club. Located right on the beach and free beach setup. This room is very nice and looks just like the pictures. Everything looks brand new. You don’t have the ocean view that the upper floors have but you can go right out the back of the condo and be right on the beach before anyone above you could get to the ground floor. Only thing I would change about this condo is the bed. While it it comfortable it is 2 singles pushed together to make a king and they would come apart while laying on the bed and you would have to get up to push them back together. Otherwise awesome place

The check In process was quick and simple. Our room was on the ground floor which was very convenient for us. The room had been recently renovated so was clean. The beach is about a one minute walk away from the room as is the swimming pool. The beach Is a private one with not that many people. My complaints would be that there was a lot of sea weed in the water, even though our kids did not seem to mind it.

While it’s very beautiful and modern it could use some ‘warming up.’ Felt very dark. Loved the adjustable base bed, very comfortable. Could definitely use some area rugs. Kitchen is lacking in some basic items. Overall very nice.
