We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! Everything was spotless when we arrived, and it had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect. The condo is within walking distance of a couple public beaches. It was quiet and off the beaten path, but still close enough to enjoy everything the area has to offer. It was the ideal spot for a relaxing getaway, and we’d definitely come back again!

Family vacation

We had a great stay! The condo was clean with a great view and location. The property is situated next to a great public beach that was built for snorkeling. Close proximity to all the main attractions and restaurants.

Manager/Staff were great with communication. The condo was extremely clean which is something important to us. We loved everything about it. The queen bunk beds were a hit with our 7 year old. Can’t say enough good things about the management team and the condo.

The condo was amazing! Location Amazing. Beach access..not so amazing. The walk to the beach was exhausting. Lots of construction going on. I am sure once everything is done, beach access will be much better.

Tipsy Turtle was a wonderful retreat!

This condo is very nicely updated with all the amenities you need. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Though we spent majority of our time out at the beach, it felt like a retreat coming back to the condo every night. We also appreciated the proximity to the beaches and privacy of entering the property. We intend to come back next year.

Suoer clean and modern apartment with ocean view. Lovely decorations and furniture. Well stocked!

Enjoyed the apartment tremendously. Lots of amenities! Used beach chairs and umbrella every day, but had to drive 15mins to get to a better beach. Cannot walk out into water directly from condominiums.

Just what we expected

This property was everything we expected based on the pictures and the description. It is nicely decorated, updated, and filled with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. It was also impeccably cleaned! It is easily accessible and having an assigned parking space in the garage is a plus. Check in was easy and we were contacted by the management via a phone call the day we arrived and later on through text messages. There is a private enclosed sandy beach area available for the property. There is a lovely pool area and a public beach a short walk down the street. Overall, we had a great stay.

We absolutely loved this condo and the customer service that came with it. Our host was always very fast and responsive and it made the stay smooth. The beach situation is not ideal and the construction next door was very loud. If you don’t mind driving a short distance to a beach the condo would be perfect. We have a 2 year old so that made the beach situation a little more difficult. Pool and views were amazing! And so was the condo so once the construction is done next door I could see it being a very peaceful stay!

Spring Break 2024

My husband and I and our 3 granddaughters had a wonderful stay at the Tipsea Turtle! It was very clean, close to the pool and the beach, as well as restaurants and shopping. I loved having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The only complaint I would have is not being able to park a golf cart on the property. Although we did rent a golf cart at Wet, just down the road and they allowed us to park it there. Overall, a great and safe place to stay!
