The house seemed nice at first glance but as soon as you walk in, the house stunk of rotten fish. Turns out it was coming from the kitchen sink and every time we turned the water on, the horrendous smell came back. Photo attached of the drain side of the sink. I was able to clean most of it off with some baking soda but the smell never went away. As far as location, the house was a 5 minute walk from a heated pool in front of the Magnolia House which was nice. About a 10 minute walk to the beach and 2 pools. The infinity pool seemed nice but the pool on the other side of the street from the ocean was in need of major repair. The deck was broken and a portion was sectioned off with cones. Aside from the horrible sink smell, the house was decent but in need of some maintenance and a thorough cleaning throughout.
