Emerald Towers 305 is a lovely condo with two bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to six. Gorgeous interiors and coastal decor complement stunning views in this oceanfront treasure designed for relaxation. Sophisticated details throughout only add to the charm found in every room.The living room features a couch, recliner, and an oversized chair ensuring everyone is comfortable while watching their favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The kitchen is beautifully appointed and fully equipped for whipping up fabulous meals enjoyed at the dining table with seating for six. Gather together on the generous private balcony and share stories of the day's adventures before settling in. The master suite and guest suite both feature king-sized beds with cozy linens and overstuffed pillows, guaranteeing a peaceful night’s sleep. A sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations for two and a stackable washer/dryer helps keep laundry at bay.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.
