Great condo in beautiful location

Condo is in great location, very well kept and kitchen is well stocked for cooking and has plenty of space to spread out. Parking is ample and close to building.

Did not Disappoint!

The Condo was clean, comfortable furniture, and a great view! The check in process was easy, especially with the agent reaching out in advance to ask about number of cars etc... The beach was not overly crowded due to the lower density nature of this complex which is perfect for me! We will definitely be back.

Excellent place to stay

This was a great place to stay for our quick trip to Destin. The view of the ocean from the patio was spectacular. Everything was clean. The kitchen was well stocked for anything we may have needed for cooking. The private access to the beach was so close and very convenient. There was always plenty of parking. Having reserved beach chairs and umbrella just for staying there was also a nice addition. It was a great location. I would stay here again if/when I go back to Destin.

Taking InLaws to the beach

Took my in-laws down to the beach. They loved it. It wasn’t overly crowded and getting in and out of the property was easier than they expected. And being only a few minutes from anywhere they wanted to visit/see was a huge bonus for me. Would definitely recommend this place

BEST PLACE

my second time coming and it’s always a blast! It’s the cleanest area for the beach that they have in Destin! Condos are so pretty and full equipped! Very family friendly! Quiet and peaceful! There’s always workers on-site cleaning and making sure the place is just right!

Thanksgiving Vacation

I took my family to Destin for Thanksgiving and we had an excellent time. The communication with the host was professional and access was made easy. The condo was very spacious, and very clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony, and the kitchen had all the necessities that made cooking on Thanksgiving easy. We will definitely return.

Great view and easy access

Our stay was excellent! The condo was exactly as listed, nicely remodeled and very clean! We enjoyed the beach and pool every day along with the balcony. They allowed for early checkin, which was very convenient. There were two chairs that came with the condo. We just added 2 with the company. Recommend this for a family trip! Lots of room but still all under one roof.

Enjoyed everything. It was indeed a beach vacation.

Best communication ever with management . I felt so appreciated to hear a real manager voice when checking out. Everything was as stated in listening. Beach staff was very attentive as well. Those guys really work hard every day.

Great place to spend a family vacation!

This condominium and location is an excellent place to take your family on vacation. The apartment is so nice and clean and they have everything you need to stay in and cook meals if you want. It's location to the beach is also great, as my elderly Mom had no issues getting out to the beach either. The property manager was also very easy to deal with as she rectified a small issue we had when we checked-in, and that is only why I didn't give it a perfect score, otherwise, it would have been the perfect vacation. So I would highly recommend this apartment and location to any of my friends without hesitation!

Fantastic!

We had a great experience. The condo was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfortable, the communication with Carolyn was great & the location was perfect. I personally loved having the shutters on the patio to close at times with a 2 year old who loves to climb. We will definitely book again & highly recommend it!

Top notch condo!

We’ve stayed at Breakers East many times and this condo (603) was one of my favorites!!! Completely updated, clean, loaded with kitchen supplies, towels, etc. and came with beach chairs and umbrella which many don’t. Hoping we make it back next year!
