Condo amenities were great, but we were advised a tram was provided and there was no tram running. No remediation was offered. If we had an ADA situation - that would've been an issue. Also the unit smelled of urine badly in bath & hall area and you can only use the 2 top drawers in bath vanity. Needs better fan in bath & lighting & to clean tub & toilet. We also Killed 2 flying cockroaches (kitchen & bath area) & 1 silverfish. Rug is a trip hazard (needs carpet tape) in living room. Recommend cleaning the upholstery on chairs/couch - very stinky. No communication regarding a sprinkler check was provided either and they showed up while I was in my pajamas to do that Thursday AM, stating we were advised and we were not, by anyone. So we asked them to come back another time, because we were not provided notification whatsoever, which they were kind enough to state they would come another time. We've stayed at Magnolia House condos previously and this is the first experience with this many issues like this situation. We would also recommend larger coffee cups as there's only one that is big enough and it is barely large enough to accommodate a full cup of coffee. The unit has lots of potential....
