Attending a conference or in town for a sports tournament? There is room for everyone! Nestled on a quiet neighborhood street, we back to open space with views of the Rocky Mountains.

Our sunny yellow door welcomes you to the state with more than 300 days of SUN per year!

The main LIVING AREA has a gas FIREPLACE and large, cozy SECTIONAL sofa.

The KITCHEN and DINING areas are FULLY EQUIPPED and updated with a gas range, stainless steel appliances, abundant seating and stylish furnishings.

The PRIMARY SUITE is located on the main floor and is truly a retreat. A KING sized bed, sitting area, and 5 piece bath make up this LUXURIOUS SPACE.

UPSTAIRS, there are 3 bedrooms and a full bath with double sinks. The QUEEN bedroom is stylish and comfortable for adults. But kids will likely enjoy the TWIN and BUNK ROOMS.

A smart TV, GAMING system, and FOOSBALL fill our basement REC ROOM with fun.

The basement bedroom is very PRIVATE. Blackout curtains and a QUEEN bed ensure rest even during the day. A full bathroom rounds out this space.

Enjoy MOUNTAIN VIEWS from the back patio.
(we are currently winterized - patio furniture and grill will return in the spring)

Please use our family sized WASHER AND DRYER as well as 2 CAR GARAGE during your stay.

The entire house is yours including laundry, garage, back yard. The only space off limits is the basement storage area. We keep boring rental stuff in there. It's also unfinished and not safe for little ones. We'll keep it locked

Property was better than expected. Very spacious. Neighborhood was quiet and low key, perfect area close to the airport and within driving distance to hiking. Only issue was the garbage wasn’t taken out prior to our stay so it ended up overflowing but not really an issue for us, just felt bad that it seemed like we left a lot of garbage.
