Modern Townhome in the heart of Denver's Hottest Neighborhood (LoHi). Rooftop deck with spectacular views of Downtown; walk to the city's best hot spots! An open plan living area includes a gas fireplace, a 55" flat screen TV, and gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Large windows bathe the space in light and create the feeling you are in a detached home. A half bath and balcony with gas grill complete the 2nd floor space. On the third floor are 2 bedrooms each with a private bathroom and queen size beds. The fourth floor includes a spacious rooftop deck with amazing city views. A gas fire pit makes this the perfect spot to cozy up with a glass of wine all year round.

Gorgeous, well appointed condo with a great rooftop view that’s just like the photos. The condo has lots of hi tech touches and extras that elevate the experience to a luxury stay. The area has a ton of coffee shops, restaurants and bars within an easy 5 min walk. Parking is at a premium so the attached 1 car garage is a huge perk. Even with the lively night life it’s still quiet inside on a Saturday night and the beds are super comfy. The kitchen is well appointed if you want to stay in and relax. There are lots of stairs so may not be optimal for families with little ones. Brett was super sweet and very responsive through the whole rental process. One of our favorite rentals so far - we highly recommend it!

LoHi rooftop

The homeowner was very accommodating. He provided ample supplies and goodies. We enjoyed the rooftop much more than originally expected. Made it tough to get up and explore beautiful Colorado.

Fabulous Retreat!

A cozy and impeccably clean modern condo within walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants. We loved the easy access to the highway as it made our day trips a breeze. House was automated and the hosts were wonderful so it made our stay carefree! Merry Christmas!

Modern townhome in LoHi

The townhouse was very comfortable for our party of 2 couples. We enjoyed the neighborhood and being able to walk to restaurants. The property has a lot of very cool features and lighting options in every room. The fireplace in the living room was perfect for the cold, snowy weather we experienced. Brett was a great host, responded quickly to questions and puts a great deal of care into making guests feel welcome. One thing to note is that this is definitely someone's home so don't be surprised to see family photos, personal effects, etc.

My business partner and I were in town for a few days. We really enjoyed this condo. Very nicely appointed and in a great location. We didn't get to enjoy the rooftop patio, but what an awesome view!

Wow! The rooftop retreat did not disappoint!

Just stayed at Brett’s incredible townhome this past weekend. There were four of us and it was perfect. The location couldn’t have been better. We went to a football game and a baseball game while were the there and both stadiums were within walking distance. There were also lots of great places to eat right in the neighborhood. The house itself was immaculate and super modern. We had everything we needed and Brett was great at communicating all the pertinent info. I would absolutely stay again and will defitinitely recommend to anyone traveling to the area!!
