Stay at Ivy house

This is one of the cleanest and most well stocked house that we have ever rented. Naomi was awesome to work with. She gave us ideas for places to visit, and restaurants to try. The beds were super comfortable!

Amazing place

We really enjoyed spending a few nights in this lovely property. Everything was clean and comfortable.After a long day trip it was very nice to find a kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. A lot of attention went into details and it made you feel welcome. The basement was awesome, spacious with a cute retro feel.Parking was easy in the quiet street and in the driveway.We appreciated the owner checking on us to make sure all was fine.This property is a little gem. We ll definitely come back and recommend it as it exceeded our expectations.Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

We were charmed by this fifties style home! Easy access with code lock. Good neighborhood and location. Host was very communicative. Stocked with coffee and creamer and snacks too. Would def come back.

The property was neat and welcoming. The master bed and bedding was especially comfortable. The home was the best stocked re: supplies that we have ever seen, and the host was very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

Denver bungalow with pretty backyard

This is an adorable bungalow. The kitchen is well-stocked and opens to a dining room table. The primary bedroom is large. There is an adjacent room with a twin bed and office table. Downstairs is a bedroom suite. It has a man's cave vibe. It has a couch and a TV as well as a kitchenette and bathroom. The only drawback would be the neighbors next door. They have a rooster and ducks. These did not bother us at all. However, the rooster does crow and the ducks quack. There is street parking as well as a driveway. The house is near the Denver Zoo which we thoroughly enjoyed. I would recommend this listing, and return again if need be.

Charming House

The house was charming and decorated mid-century modern in an older neighborhood It had a great updated kitchen. Issues we had were the home was located next to a dilapidated, abandoned house. Water pressure in showers was terrible, especially the downstairs shower. A/C was good the first few days but the battery light was flashing. Overall, this was a clean, quiet, and safe location.

Wedding accommodations

The house was perfect for our family attending the wedding. The house was lovely and had what we needed. The mid century modern decor was so cute and gave us ideas for our own home! The location was ideal for all the places we needed to travel within the city. The air conditioning was not set correctly or something because it was 85* when we arrived. The written directions were not clear to me on how to set or adjust the temperature. However, the host was available and helped us by phone call and then she came over the next day to check on the air. She also reached out later to see if it was working. The other disappointment was the basement shower. It did not have good pressure and we could not use it and all had to share the upstairs shower. That was not noted in the description. The host did allow us to have other family over one evening for a cookout in the backyard. The outside patio was beautiful and we appreciated the chance to gather together. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house.

Three of us stayed for a long weekend. The house is very clean and has tasteful mid century modern decor to suit the vintage of the home. Naomi was very quick to respond to questions. The location was convenient for everywhere we needed to go. Would definitely stay there again.

TV Consideration

The property was excellent. We were very disappointed with the TV situation. Some consideration should be given to guests that don’t use You tube, Netflix, etc. It would have been nicer if cable and local channels were available and also TV’s in bedroom.

Great House

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It had everything we needed plus much more. It is centrally located and close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The only minor downside is that the neighborhood doesn’t have the best curb appeal; however, it was quiet and we felt safe. We’ll definitely book this property again if we’re ever in the area again.
