Downstairs offers two additional bedrooms (Queen beds), a full bathroom, and a private kitchenette with fridge, microwave, sink, and cabinets, ideal for guests who want extra convenience without going upstairs. One bedroom also includes a 55” TV. A full laundry area is available for your stay.

Great for family of all ages. Porch sitting (view of the mountains in distance), living room/dining area conducive to relaxation and conversation. Bedrooms comfortable and private--one a basement suite. Groceries, restaurants easily accessible. Ice Cream shop two blocks away!

An amazing property and equally amazing host! The house was in a lovely neighborhood near grocery stores, restaurants and parks. We were 6 adults who fit comfortably in this lovely Craftsman house. The beds were comfortable, and the property was well maintained and clean. Felipe our host responded quickly with any questions or concerns. The main level had 2 sizable bedrooms, a nice bathroom with an amazing shower, a stocked kitchen and a comfortable living/dining area. The basement level included a bedroom, bathroom, small living room and kitchenette. On street parking was readily available. This place is a gem and well worth the price!
