I spend an amazing time in this beautiful house it really makes me feel at home. It’s a very nice clean and secure home close to several turístico places, including The Red Rocks Mountain!! The kitchen had everything to cook. I enjoyed cooking for my family every morning before going to explore Denver!

Very comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable too! Plenty of room for the 4 adults and 3 kids. Hot tub was a nice treat.Also had a/c which was great in this hot August weather. Would recommend this place for sure! Kids loved the trampoline in the nice backyard.

Something for all ages!

Lovely to have access gate to the park, outside patio seating under lights for nightly family dinners, gathering room to all snuggle in the large sectional (a favorite place), crib, porta crib, high chair, play room...I could go on and on!A/C was lovely--those who preferred a cooler climate took over the basement and were in heaven. We came to see the newest addition to our family--ended up being just a week old when we got here!--and gathered nightly for dinner on the patio--plenty of private spots to find quiet, and places for a one year old to get the energy out.Main living /ground floor has a master w/king bed, attached bathroom with a great shower, BR opens on the other side to the kitchen--handy during the day.Downstairs has two doors--one to bedroom with attached bathroom with washer/dryer and a second door to playroom with kids' kitchen set up, more toys, game table and PacMan machine! Not sure who liked the playroom better--the 20 month old, or the grown men playing Pac-Man!Upstairs has two bedrooms (queen? in one with crib,and full/twin bunk beds with steps to top in the 2nd BR) and one bath with tub/shower w/hand-held nozzle, great for giving baths to the 1 year old! All bedrooms are spacious with large closets.We had 7 adults and a 20 month old and had plenty of room.Lovely, welcoming home and gracious, responsive host.

First time Vrbo user

This was our first time using Vrbo and I was so nervous. The property manager was great when we had an issue trying to check in, very quick response and kind. The property was everything we and more then we expected. So much space, and we were able to keep the grown teens busy with the activities in the game space while enjoying a peaceful evening in the backyard. If we come back, this would be the perfect spot for a big family group!

First time in arvada

Nice layout to the house and the yard was great with access to the wonderful park.The town of Arvada is quite lovely too. I can see the house is under current renovation so I’d like to make a suggestion. You need a toilet paper roll and trash can it the bathroom please. Also the shelves in the bedrooms are rough wood and will snag your clothes. Also there were no dishes in the cupboard when we arrived but we discovered they were all in the dish washer so we emptied them. Also towels in the drier that we folded and replaced.

Good if you have guests that don't want to share beds

Very clean and easy stay. There are more beds than kitchen table seats so if you want to all eat together plan to sit outside. Great outdoor area with nice patio seating

Host were very accommodating, responded back very fast! House fit all of my family for our weekend get away. It started snowing in Colorado and they let us arrive earlier then check in time and check out later.

Wedding Weekend

We were attending my niece's wedding for a weekend in the area. The house was perfect. Everyone was able to sleep on a bed. The house is very nice, checks all the boxes, and has some nice extra's we weren't able to utilize. The house includes all the accessories we were looking for, Keurig with coffee supplied, iron, hair dryer, etc...

Hiking vacation

This place was great for our group! I would just recommend that since there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms that maybe you have a few stand alone fans available for the bedrooms. Then people wouldn’t have to crank the air up at night. Also loved the fruit trees but the plum trees are getting destroyed by Japanese beetles. Just an FYI!

Cozy Home in a Quiet Neighborhood

Property was as listed. Bedrooms are good sized. Open layout to allow people to sit and converse throughout the main level. Great patio and outdoor entertainment space. Host was attentive, responsive and easy to work with. We had a great stay!
