The 280 m² villa is located in a quiet area of Denia and can accommodate 4 people.

Upon entering, we find the living-dining room which has TV/DTT, free WiFi, fireplace, air conditioning and an exit to the terrace, which is furnished and has views of the pool.

The kitchen with an American bar is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge with freezer.

The accommodation has two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom has a double bed (with ceiling fan) and next to it (in the hallway) is the other bathroom in the house.

The villa has a spacious garden with a small lawn area, palm trees and a variety of plants. Next to the main pool is the barbecue area (with outdoor furniture) ideal for summer days.

Schönes Anwesen leider mit Service Mängel

Waren die ersten Mieter und hatten teilweise ein mulmiges Gefühl ohne Bewertung was zu mieten. Die Gegend und das Haus waren sehr schon schön der Pool traumhaft leider haben wir in der kompletten Zeit nicht einmal einen Gärtner gesehen So sahen auch die Pflanzen aus leider fast alles kaputt. Als wir in Spanien ankamen sind wir zu Carlos Ferienagentur um den Schlüssel zu holen. Die Frage der Dame war... haben sie auch Handtücher und Bettwäsche dabei. Nein war unsere Antwort. Denn egal wo wir jetzt schon ein Haus gemietet haben war immer Wäsche dabei. Und wir würden bei der Bestätigungsmail e Mail bzw der Buchung nicht darauf hingewiesen Und somit haben wir noch mal 36 € extra bezahlt für Leihgebühr eine Dame fuhr mit uns zu dem Haus um uns“ das Bett zu machen „sie sollte uns das Haus übergeben was leider nicht Komplett passiert ist da durch Ist nicht aufgefallen dass wir kein heißes Wasser haben.Da Wir auf einem Samstag angekommen sind bekamen wir dann endlich montags einen Hausmeister der uns Die Therme in einem abgeschlossenen Raum anstellte. Die Oberkrönung kam dann beim aus checken einen Tag vor unserer Abreise wir mussten ja noch an unsere Stromrechnung denken da nur 85 kw frei sind. Kurz gefasst am besten keine Klimaanlage anmachen kein Kühlschrank anmachen kein Herd Mikrowelle Kaffeemaschine benutzen keine Handys laden kein Fernsehen schauen weil die 85 KW werden allein durch die Poolpumpe schon verbraucht wir durften dann noch Mals über 100 € nach bezahlen. Wohl bemerkt haben wir in acht Tagen nur einmal den Herd benutzt zweimal den Back Ofen es lief ein Kühlschrank. Lieber Haus Eigentümer gerne würden wir eure Haus noch einmal mieten da ist ein sehr schönes Anwesen ist.Allerdings ohne Agentur. Wir fühlten uns mehr als abgezockt zumal die Abrechnungen von Wäsche Leih und Stromkosten nicht mal per Rechnung gingen sondern nur Bar also wer da etwas mietet hab genug Bargeld einstecken weil mit Karte geht da nichts .
